Housing prices showing positive change

Below is a chart showing the change in housing prices across the country. As I have stated before in previous posts there is no better time than now to become a home owner or buy that dream house you have had your eye on. Real estate is showing to be a good investment with the rates being down and housing prices slowly climbing. Those of us in the industry don't have a crystal ball and can't predict how much longer rates will stay low with the positive improvements in the stock market and housing market.
